Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Sagamore Trading Company ships within the lower 48 United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

How long it takes
Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. Once shipped, ground delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.

Orders that arrive in more than one box
Some items ship directly from the brands and distributors we work with, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Larger kit items, such as a power station, may also ship separately from the rest of the kit. You will receive tracking for each package.

Tracking
We email a tracking number as soon as each package ships.

Shipping restrictions
Some products, including fuels, compressed-gas items and certain batteries, can only ship by ground and cannot be expedited.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Severe weather, carrier delays and busy seasons can add time.

Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@sagamoretrading.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
