Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags attached
  • Proof of purchase included
  • Not a final sale or clearance item

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Returns initiated after 30 days may not be accepted. Please contact us if you have special circumstances.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection within 2-3 business days
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Simply return the original item and place a new order for your preferred option.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
